What does a company actually publish as pay?

Search 148 companies. Numbers come from their own public job boards, normalised to a yearly USD range. Free, no signup, no tracking.

This is what companies publish, not what they pay. Two thirds of postings say nothing, and the boards differ a lot: Ashby 53.5%, Greenhouse 45.4%, Lever 9.5%, Workable 0% (their feed has no salary field at all). A low count means a company rarely publishes pay — not that it pays badly.
